If your pictures are
high resolution, please download an image resizer of your choice
and resize them to 640x480.
The Visual Photo Resizer
is a great program and you can download it from our site by
following this .
The defaults work great, however please change the jpg compression
to 70. This program will produce
copies of your hi-res images in a subdirectory of that folder without changing
the original photo. If your images have a resolution of
640x480 or similar/smaller, proceed to the next step.
